Details of the Grounds

As a venue, White Oaks Vineyard has all the spaces you need for a stunning wedding.

Prepare for your wedding day in their spectacular Bridal House, a 1600-square-foot house that feels cozy and intimate despite its spacious size. You and your wedding party can spread out in two separate lounge rooms, relaxing and enjoying refreshments before the main event. There’s also a closed-in sunroom with tables, perfect for enjoying a catered lunch or setting up a mimosa bar. The private bridal suite is upstairs, with plenty of room for everyone to have hair and makeup done before the ceremony. There’s no shortage of floor-length mirrors around, so everyone can make sure they look picture-perfect before stepping outside.

Speaking of pictures, the Bridal House is the perfect backdrop for timeless getting-ready shots and first looks with your wedding party or family members. Bright natural light, charming wood beam ceilings, and stylish furnishings will add character to every photo, and you’ll treasure these pre-wedding moments for the rest of your lives.

Your partner and their party aren’t left behind, either! The Groom’s Suite is a bright, comfortable space with subtle leather and wood accents and refined décor. Of course, there’s plenty of comfy furniture and full-length mirrors, but there’s also a beautiful bar ideal for gathering and shaking off some pre-wedding nerves with custom cocktails.

The Ceremony

White Oaks Vineyards’ has two main ceremony sites, both outdoors, to take advantage of the beautiful scenery. The first site features a custom-built wooden arbor that can be draped with soft, romantic fabrics and your custom florals. Beyond the arbor, rolling hills of lush trees and greenery flourish, creating a stunning organic scene for your vow exchange.

Alternatively, you can host an outdoor ceremony that faces the mountains directly, looking out over a beautiful pasture with a rustic wooden fence. Choose from their circle arch or a cross arbor to stand before as you say “I do” in front of your closest friends and family.

Should the weather be less than satisfactory on your wedding day, your ceremony can always be held in their barn venue and switched over to your reception space while your guests enjoy cocktail hour.

Gather around a grand stone fireplace and a firepit for a cozy touch, looking out over the mountains as the sun begins to set. During your reception, a warm fire can be just the thing to draw your guests outside as they mingle and enjoy each other’s company.

The White Oaks Vineyard barn is the perfect venue for an intimate-feeling reception for up to 250 guests. The space has soaring 24-foot ceilings, elegant light fixtures and bistro lights, and plenty of windows that bring in the beautiful surrounding scenery. The wooden plank ceiling beautifully contrasts the dark industrial beams for a rustic and modern aesthetic. It’s a gorgeous, elegant space with a beautiful indoor location to celebrate your new marriage.

Wedding Details

There are plenty of perks to hosting a wedding at White Oaks Vineyard. Firstly, they’ll cater to all your food and beverage needs with their in-house catering. You’ll get a tasting for up to four people leading up to your event to ensure the food and menu are exactly what you want them to be!

They’ll provide you with all the chairs and tables you’ll need for your ceremony and reception. The venue also includes specialty tables for your cake, guest book, gifts, etc. They include all bartenders, glassware, flatware, and dishes as well. Ivory linens and napkins are included, a dance floor, and even a golf cart shuttle (with a driver) for the wedding party before and after the ceremony.

All of this is, of course, in addition to using:

  • the Bridal House,
  • the Groom’s cottage,
  • your chosen ceremony and cocktail spaces, and
  • their beautiful reception venue.

Something else to keep in mind is that this is not necessarily the right venue for a weekend elopement, as they do have guest minimums. For a Saturday event, you’ll need at least 100 guests; for Fridays and Sundays, you’ll need at least 75.

White Oaks also has a vast inventory of rental items for their couples to make things even easier. From specialty linens to trendy Champagne walls and hedge walls to unique chargers and table décor, they have something to suit every decorative style. Votives, wine barrels, signage – they have it all!
