The Ruins at Kellum Valley is one of Northeast Georgia’s most exclusive wedding venues. Hosting only 15 weddings per year, their remarkably unique features and full-service planning place them in high demand. The history of the venue dates back to 1922 when the prominent and wealthy Kellum family fell in love with the location and bought over 1,000 acres of land. The Kellums used the property as a farm and built a school and dormitory for underprivileged children.
In 1928, the school and dormitory burned, leaving behind the rustic stone formation and towering stone chimneys. After being purchased in the 1990s, The Ruins at Kellum Valley Weddings was born in 2006, and they’ve hosted over 450 all-inclusive weddings in the years since.
