Details of The Grounds
Depending on your type of layout, The Swan House can host up to 150 guests with the indoor and outdoor setup and about 125 guests with the dance floor. They suggest that the ideal number of guests is approximately 100 guests.
There are several spaces at the Swan House wedding venue if you decide to have a small intimate gathering, engagement party, or bridal shower. The Katydid Room is located upstairs in the mansion. This bright room can open large sliding glass doors to an outdoor patio and hold up to 30 guests.
The BelleNita Room is surrounded by gorgeous French doors that give an open flow to the outdoor terrace and garden, with a built-in bar that can hold up to 150 guests.
