Andy and Anna decided to have an Oahu elopement in Hawaii, which turned out to be a truly paradisiacal experience! The couple had originally planned a wedding in North Georgia during the pandemic, but when things started to take unexpected turns, they decided to travel from Atlanta to Hawaii instead. Given that COVID numbers were down, they felt safe to proceed with their Oahu elopement and invited only their immediate family, totaling less than ten people, including themselves.
A Breathtaking Oahu Elopement in Hawaii
A stunning couple exchanged vows at a secluded beach in Hawaii, away from the bustling crowds. The breathtaking view of the ocean and mountains, in the distance, made their wedding day surreal. They chose Moana Surfrider as their residence while in Oahu. The couple had their first look at the hotel garden and then rode with their immediate family to the location of the ceremony.
Andy and Anna were married on the lava rocks overlooking the ocean, with the waves crashing on the shore and the refreshing ocean breeze. A local florist provided them with a tropical bouquet that added a pop of color to the already stunning scenery. It was nothing less than paradise!
After the vows and the signing of the marriage certificate, the couple posed for some formal family pictures and then headed off for a couples session on the beach. During this session, a rogue wave surprised Andy, but he took the opportunity to pick up his new bride in his arms and give her a kiss in the waves.
